Ginga Global Group (GGG) is a Sydney-based football talent management agency dedicated to giving players real pathways into professional and representative football — in Australia and globally. We keep our focus narrow on purpose: football and talent management only. Every player we work with gets direct access to the people making decisions, not a call centre.
Theo's passion for developing the game — on and off the pitch — has shaped a career built on connection, opportunity and international experience. He currently holds roles including General Manager at Soccer de Brazil (Australia), President of Brisbane Elitefoot Futsal Club, Vice President of the Federation of Australian Futsal, and President of Canterbury Bankstown Futsal Club. Theo has also served as Team Manager for Australia's U13 and U20 national futsal teams at recent Futsal World Cups, and has organised over 10 international tours taking more than 500 players and parents to Spain, Brazil, Thailand and England.
Marcos leads the technical side of player development at GGG, working closely with athletes on the skills and readiness needed to take the next step in their pathway.

Scouted while representing Australia at the U20 AMF Futsal World Cup, William secured a one-month train-and-trial contract with Cobisa Futsal Club in Toledo, Spain, arranged through GGG's network with the Federation of Australian Futsal and Intersport Management. He's since competed in Thailand and Brazil, and plays across the NPL 1 Futsal League, F League and NSW League 1.
Tiago's performances earned him a place in Australia's U20 national futsal team, where he was scouted for a one-month train-and-trial contract with Cobisa Futsal Club in Toledo, Spain — an opportunity created through GGG's network. He's since travelled with GGG to Thailand and competes in the NPL 1 Futsal League and F League.
